Elizabeth Ardanowski is an attorney in Dallas and Austin, Texas (primarily), who in her heart is a foodie and in her profession is an attorney. She represents clients in various industries, including the hospitality industry, with all facets of their business, from determination of which entity structure to use, to vendor contracts and disputes, construction issues, employment and talent issues, immigration issues, premises and liquor liability issues, insurance issues, and commercial litigation, and litigation avoidance strategies. Her background is in litigation, where avoiding a courtroom is no longer an option. Elizabeth began the hospitality law group in her previous law firm as an adjunct to her general litigation practice. She has launched her own firm, Ardanowski Legal Group, where her goals remain to provide effective and streamlined representation to her clients, helping their lives and businesses to thrive.
